Then players who wanted to go for the whole set last time but didn't make it have another shot and players joining now have a larger pool to choose from so everyone isn't wearing the same thing.
Um, if you wanted last months set you could have just waited till yesterday, bought them, then used this month to raise the mileage points for it.
