They will then review this ban. .they got first dibs in new content, able to finish new content first, and filter out the folks who arent as progressed in the game....and then complain about getting a refund of materials....its like asking a refund for your graphics card you bought when it first came out...it cost you 500 but now after a few months, its only 100 bucks....you expect to get a refund for the difference.
